Nexus Impact is a cross-border social innovation network founded by three dedicated organizations: YPO “New European Generation” (Ukraine), Coompanion Östergötland (Sweden), and the Platforma Națională a Femeilor din Moldova (Moldova). United by a shared vision of inclusive, sustainable change, we launched Nexus Impact to connect social entrepreneurs, changemakers, and mission-driven organizations across borders.
Built on trust, collaboration, and shared values, the network serves as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, capacity-building, and the co-creation of impactful solutions.
